Class details

All classes are held weekly on a Monday evening at Hellesdon Hospital, Drayton High Road, Norwich from September to June.

The sessions available each Monday evening are:

7.00pm-8.15pm every Monday evening - Beginners' class.
Special tuition is provided for beginners to introduce them to the basic movements and simple dances. Dancing is to pre-recorded music. Beginners' courses start each September - email chair@rscds-norwich.org.uk if you are interested.
8.00pm-9.00pm every Monday evening - General technique class.
This class is held to further the knowledge of the previous year's beginners; improve general dancing technique and to introduce newer dances. Dancing is to pre-recorded music.
9.00pm-10.00pm every Monday evening - Social dancing.
This class has a more social content, where familiar dances done in the area are quickly recapped and danced to pre-recorded music.

Branch membership
Adult Single - £15.00 per annum.
Adult Joint - £24.00 per annum.
Class fees - Autumn and Spring terms
- Adults £20.00 per term.
- Adult beginners £15.00 per term or £25.00 per annum.
- Full-time students or junior associates (under 18) £5.00 per term.
Occasional dancers
£2.00 per evening for a maximum of five evenings, after which the balance of appropriate fees becomes payable.
